Participants will have the opportunity to explore how one dysfunction brings about subsequent team challenges and to identify how these issues explore their own work groups. Experiential exercises will help the group to connect to every-day team dynamics\, and subsequent debrief discussions will enable them to develop solutions to improve team functioning.
